Keith Twigg and his wonderful wife, Angela, have two daughters, Sidney & Harper. They also have a pug named Lucy who considers herself another daughter! Keith and Angela have a story only God could write. Every time you see the Twigg family you see a miracle of God.
Keith loves the outdoors, whether it be hunting, fishing, running, CrossFit. Angela loves to find the best bargain in the city and then come home and make Keith guess what she paid for it. Sidney is a voracious reader, as well as a writer of her own stories. She & her Grandpa spend hours each week working on their next collaborative work. Harper is God's gift to them all to help them become patient and loving. If anyone wants to borrow a kid for a week or so, Harper is always ready to be picked up!
Keith's passion for ministry was born out of his own testimony of redemption, as he spent the majority of his life as the "furthest heart" from Christ. In 2007, Christ saved Keith and he has been chasing after Jesus and the work of His Kingdom ever since. Beginning his vocational work in ministry at The Rock Church in San Diego, first as a volunteer, then intern, then staff member, Keith and the family moved to the beautiful northwest as a staff member of Harvest Church, centrally located in Billings, MT, in order to plant a multi-site campus in Cody, WY. It was in Cody that Keith fell in love with two things which would change the trajectory of his life, elk hunting and church planting.
In the fall of 2011, a burden began to grow in Keith's heart to plant a healthy, life-giving, prevailing, multiplying church in a northwest city. Over the process of years of prayer, counsel, seeking, and visiting, Keith realized that he and his family were being called to Boise Metro Area to plant a church in the community of Southeast Boise. Every day when Keith walks out the door of his house in this beautiful city and sees the mountains rising up in front of him, he realizes he and his family are finally home. The heart of Passion is to see the furthest hearts in Boise and beyond be overwhelmed by the love, grace and forgiveness of Christ, and then to see each one of those Christians be equipped to impact this dark world in which we live. This is why the Twigg family has come to Boise, and every person they meet is a gift from God.
Keith has a B.A. in Business Administration from San Diego State University, as well as an M.A. in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. Keith is an ordained elder of the Evangelical Church. Keith is also praying about what will be the focus of his doctoral work. But don't tell Angela that, she's ready for him to be done with school for a bit. :)
